PODCASTING YOUR STORIES via Gabcast

1. Call 1.800.749.0632 and listen very carefully to the voice prompts:

  • At the prompt, “Welcome to Gabcast! Please enter your channel number, followed by the pound key,” press: the 4 digit code sent to you by Beth Gallaway, followed by the #
  • At the prompt, “Please enter your channel password, followed by the pound key,” press: the 4 digit code sent to you by Beth Gallaway, followed by the #
  • At the prompt, “Press 1 to record, or 2 to create a conference call,” press: 1

2. Record your post

3. At the prompt “Press 1 to listen, 2 to publish, 7 to delete, or 9 for main menu,” press: 1

4. Preview, then publish or delete as needed.

5. Check out your recording at http://metrowest.typepad.com
