FY08 Massachusetts Regional Library Systems Materials and Supply Cooperative

(July 1, 2007-June 30, 2008)

The FY08 MARLS cooperative is up and running.  All Metrowest members who submitted their pledge and participation forms are able to place their orders with the participating vendors.  To comply with coop regulations you must place your order with the primary vendor in each category before using the secondary or tertiary vendors.  

If you are interested in joining the coop during the year, please download, and complete, the pledge form and participation form .  Forms should be returned  to the Metrowest office by fax (781-398-1821) or mail.  Once your completed forms are received they will be forwarded to the coop vendors via the Western Region.  Members who join during the year will be added on a quarterly basis. 

If you are missing any coop information you may request additional copies from the regional office or download the pages from the link provided.  In addition, details about the current vendors, contact numbers,  updates, and changes are available at http://www.wmrls.org/coop/index.html   Please refer to this website for updates and changes to the cooperative.

The Massachusetts Regional Library Systems Materials and Supply Cooperative (MARLS) is open to members of all regional library systems to enhance the purchasing power of libraries while being in compliance with Massachusetts General Law 30B, the Uniform Procurement Act.
